Title: Turkey and Mozzarella Cheese Picnic Loaf

1 Loaf, 1.1/2-lbs. round sour- dough bread
1/3cKraft House Italian dressing
6 To 8 fresh spinach leaves; stems removed
1cKraft low moisture part skim mozzarella cheese; divided (4-o
6slTo 8 slices Oscar Mayer Deli thin roast turkey breast
1smRed onion; thinly sliced
1smTomato; thinly sliced
1/2smCucumber; thinly sliced

Heat oven to 350~. Cut slice from top of bread loaf, remove center, leaving 1/2" shell. Lightly brush inside of shell and top with dressing. Fill shell with spinach, 1/2 cup cheese, onion, turkey, tomato, cucumber, and remaining cheese. Cover top of bread loaf; wrap in foil. Bake 45 mins. Cool 10 mins. Cut into wedges; serve hot or cold.
